It seems the Obamacare waiver express train just keeps on rolling. Today 28 more waivers where handed out to big labor union locals representing United Food and Commercial Workers. I guess there $673.309 in campaign donations bought them some friends. The
UFCW’s PAC also contributed $1.8 million to Democratic federal candidates in 2008 and $1.7 million to Democratic congressional candidates in 2010. Again I ask if Obamacare is so damn wonderful why are all these Obama supporters jumping ship. This is how Democrats address every issue, instead of improving the “Insert Cause Here”, they propose policies that drag everyone else down.

Obama administration is playing politics with the lives of Americans. The violent Mexican drug cartels have been conducting raids and assassinations in Arizona and neighboring states for months and the Obama administration are complicent in the deaths of dozens of Americans. It appears the Obama political agenda is willing to sacrifice American lives to garner hispanic voters. The recent shooting of Rep Gifford was given massive attention by the Obama administration and media but why not a peep when ranchers like Robert Krentz and Arizona law enforcement are gunned down by Mexican cartel thugs. I guess your life only counts if you are a Obama crony. The Homeland Security troll Janet Napolitana along with head of ICE John Morton are so derilick in carrying out there mission that they should be immediately fired or charged as co-conspirators in the murder of Americans living in this war zone. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife has already closed 3500 acres in southern Arizona parks while Arizona Universities are warning students to stay away from border towns due to the violence. You to wonder if Rep Gifford was shot while hiking by a cartel smuggler would the Obama’s administration actions been as forcefull.

The Pinal County, Ariz., sheriff says “Arizona has become a war zone and drug cartels are coming through like they own the place.”
Sheriff Paul Babeu spoke these words in the Ahwatukee foothills week, and he couldn’t have been more direct. The drug cartels are dancing with danger as armed conflict is inevitable as far as the sheriff is concerned, complaining, “The federal government has literally become an enemy who is fighting us, and I have not been afraid to fight them,” he said.
Sheriff Babeu is no friend of Janet Napolitano and took her to task as she tried to contend that the Arizona border is as safe as ever. This is the garbage this sheriff has to put up from a woman who seems unresponsive to the dangers of the southern border sectors. Evidently, last year in the eastern portion of Arizona’s two sectors, which includes Phoenix and Tucson, the U.S. Border Patrol caught 241,000 illegals coming across the border. However, it is also estimated that an additional 400,000 illegals crossed undetected. “Close to 20 percent of which already have criminal records in America.” the sheriff said. More importantly, a percentage of which are caught in Pinal County are from countries other than Mexico, including “countries of interest’ such as Yemen, Somalia and Syria. “Nations whose governments have sponsored terrorists or are anti-American,” the sheriff said.
It appears that Napolitano is acting recklessly with this sheriff by not giving her support and that’s probably attributed to some crazed gun control B.S. that will do nothing but put Americans in harm’s way. This is the kind of crap the U.S. government has been doing all along, just giving the American public a false sense of security. The leaders who put this Homeland Security B.S. together could care less about border security and need to re-think their priorities.
Less than 30 miles from where the sheriff was giving his speech to a Republican Ladies League, he explained the following: “Less than 30 miles from where we are now, they have 50 locations in Pinal County that are scout locations. They’re providing safe passage for drug and human smuggling coming through our county. They’re reinforcing their supply routes.”
One of the things that has angered the sheriff is an incident on Oct. 26, of last year, where an informant, working for the sheriff’s department, was killed in Pinal County by a cartel hit-man, shooting him a half dozen times. “A cartel hit, that’s what we have arrived at,” the sheriff said.
In another incident, the cartel had heavily-armed assassins come across into Pinal County to rob drug mules.
Currently, Homeland Security has this insanely incompetent “catch and release” program that is tying the hands of the sheriff by not enabling longer holding times as a deterrent to repeat offenders.
Homeland Security is doing nothing to secure the Arizona borders and it’s becoming such a problem that the local sheriff is now expected to secure America’s borders while the United States Government washes their hands.
Securing the borders is something the sheriff says he can do easily with just some badly needed help from the U.S. Government, but he’s being shunned for no good reason.
Mexico is being ruined by the cartels and now this garbage is coming into America. If Janet Napolitano cannot deal with this fact, then she should be replaced as fast as possible. There is war developing in Arizona from this incompetence and no help seems to be in sight.
No wonder Arizona has the most liberal gun laws in America, it’’ the Wild West down there and the enemy is from another country. Homeland Security is a joke, doing nothing to really protect Americans, only working to suppress us, turning this country upside down from damn fool incompetence, just more globalist B.S. endangering our people.

With the looming disaster called OBAMACARE getting closer the rats are jumping ship as more and more comes to light on this destruction of our healthcare system. While big labor was one of the biggest supporters of OBAMACARE they have already requested and been granted 40 percent of the waivers. The New York SEIU union is dropping 30 thousand kids from there healthcare plan due to rising costs. As often happens when the left dreams up these utopian schemes its the rest of us who get stuck with the details. Instead a tackling one health care issue at a time and spending the time to get it fixed right the Democrats rushed through a massive bill that they all admit not reading just to placate the howling hyennas in there party. Every state that has tried this healthcare reform has failed miserable and OBAMACARE will fail in epic fashion. The system needs fixing but the Democrats refuse to address major factors that are the cause. The cost of healthcare is what everyone brings up but Democrats refuse to address the problems like trial lawyers and tort reform, fraud or illegal aliens whom all suck up tens of billions of dollars of working taxpayers money. The trial lawyers drive up costs of everything from medicine to medical equiptment. Then we have millions of illegals aliens bringing in once eradicated disease’s and having generally poor health all being treated at taxpayers expense. Another growing problem is Illegal aliens and recent immigrants who are major players in healthcare fraud schemes, in Florida healthcare fraud is overtaking the drug trade. And last time I checked healthcare isn’t mentioned once in the constitution or the bill of rights. Yes in a perfect world everyone would get wonderfull cradle to grave healthcare but we don’t live in a perfect world. And since big government has gotten involved in healthcare there regulations and political pandering has driven costs thru the roof. Lets throw out this OBAMACARE disaster start over and address one issue at a time until its fixed or where going to be all begging for the good old days of fighting with our insurance companies. By tweaking little bits at time you give the economy and system time to plan and adjust. Start with portability and competition then pre-existing conditions then you can start with putting trial lawyers out of business and sending illegals home. The kicker is the Democrats gave themselves the first waiver when they decided to keep funding there gold plated taxpayer funded government plan for House and Senate members.
So while the rest of us are struggling to find are way thru this disaster the morons who dream it all up will be exempt from this mess.

President Obama’s story-tellers recently launched a White House blog series called “Voices of Health Reform,” where “readers can meet average Americans already benefiting from the health reform law.” I propose a new White House series: “Voices of Health Reform Waivers,” where taxpayers can meet all the politically-connected unions benefiting from exclusive get-out-of-Obamacare passes — after squandering millions of their workers’ dues to lobby for the
job-killing, private insurance-sabotaging law from which they are now exempt.
At the end of last year, the Department of Health and Human Services had granted some 222 temporary waivers to businesses small and large, insurers, labor, and other organizations that offer affordable health insurance or prescription drug coverage with limited benefits. On Wednesday, the agency quietly updated its online list, which now reveals a whopping total of 729 Obamacare escapees – in addition to four states Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, and Tennessee – who collectively cover 2.1 million enrollees.
At least one eyebrow-raising waiver recipient – the left-leaning, nationalized health care-promoting Robert Wood Johnson Foundation – has direct ties to the White House. Obama health care czar Nancy DeParle sits on the foundation’s board of trustees.
Most noteworthy: One-fourth of all the waivers (182) have gone to Big Labor groups across the country so far.
The Teamsters Union, which hailed Obama last March for “enacting historic health care reform, providing health insurance to millions of Americans who don’t have it and controlling costs for millions more who do,” obtained waivers for 17 different locals.
The United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW), which celebrated the passage of Obamacare as “an achievement that will
rank among the highest in our national experience,” secured waivers for 28 different affiliates.
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers — which exulted after the health care law’s passage that “finally, affordable and comprehensive health care coverage will be available for millions of working Americans” — saw 8 of its affiliates win shelter from the Obamacare wrecking ball.
The Communications Workers of America, which sent its workers to lobby for Obamacare on Capitol Hill as part of the left-wing billionaire George Soros-funded Health Care for America Now front group, snagged a waiver that will spare a hefty 19,000 of its members from the onerous federal mandate.
And the Service Employees International Union, which poured $60 million into Democrat/Obama coffers in 2008 and millions more into the Astroturf campaign for the federal health care takeover, added four new affiliates to the waiver list:
– SEIU Local 2000 Health and Welfare Fund, representing 161 enrollees
– SEIU 32BJ North Health Benefit Fund, representing 7,020 enrollees
– SEIU Local 300, Civil Service Forum Employees Welfare Fund, representing 2,000 enrollees
– SEIU Health & Welfare Fund representing 1,620
That’s in addition to three other previous SEIU waiver winners: Local 25 SEIU in Chicago with 31,000 enrollees; Local 1199 SEIU Greater New York Benefit Fund with 4,544 enrollees; and SEIU Local 1 Cleveland Welfare Fund with 520 enrollees — which brings the total number of Obamacare-promoting SEIU Obamacare refugees to an estimated 45,000 workers represented by seven SEIU locals.
Without the HHS-approved exemptions, these health providers would have been forced to drop low-cost coverage for seasonal, part-time, and low-wage workers due to skyrocketing premiums. The only way they are keeping their health care is by successfully begging the feds to spare them from Obamacare. The Democrats’ law seeks to eliminate the low-cost plans (known as “mini-med” plans) under the guise of controlling insurer spending on executive salaries and marketing. The ultimate goal, as I’ve reported before: forcing a massive shift from private to public insurance designed by government-knows-best
bureaucrats.
House and Senate Republicans plan separate investigations of the Obamacare waiver process. Who got when and why? Who knew whom? Who didn’t? HHS acknowledged Thursday that some 50 sanctuary seekers had their waiver applications denied, but would not say more. Perhaps the White House story-tellers, so eager to profile the “Voices of Health Reform,” can enlighten us.

Two Democrats announce their plans to over-react to Arizona massacre
A little more than 24 hours after a lone gunman attempted to assassinate Democratic Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, killing and wounding more than a dozen others in the process, two Democratic representatives announced their plans to further restrict Americans’ freedom.
U.S. Rep. Carolyn McCarthy, whose husband was killed and her son injured in a subway car shooting, wants to renew a Clinton-era ban on large ammunition magazines, as well as investigate the type of ammunition used by deranged (and possibly schizophrenic) shooter Jared L. Loughner. “Looking at the number of clips that he was able to fire, from 15 to 20 rounds, we need to look at those and say, ‘Why should an average citizen be able to have that?'” McCarthy said. “If you have a semi-automatic and can’t take someone down with a standard clip, you shouldn’t have one.”
Meanwhile, Democratic Rep. Robert Brady would like to make it “a federal crime for a person to use language or symbols that could be perceived as threatening or inciting violence against a Member of Congress or federal official.” When asked by CNN if he honestly expected his colleagues to join him in defecating on the First Amendment, Brady replied, “Why would you be against it?”

When the Pelosi Democrats took control of Congress on January 4, 2007, the national debt stood at $8,670,596,242,973.04. The last day of the 111th Congress and Pelosi’s Speakership on December 22, 2010 the national debt was $13,858,529,371,601.09 – a roughly $5.2 trillion increase in just four years. Furthermore, the year over year federal deficit has roughly quadrupled during Pelosi’s four years as speaker, from $342 billion in fiscal year 2007 to an estimated $1.6 trillion at the end of fiscal year 2010
As “Not My Fault” Pelosi is purged from her house leadership spot she will leave the country in such bad shape all citizens will be left worse off. The $5.2 BILLION of debt left by Democrats and Nancy Pelosi is roughly 40% of the United States debt in just FOUR YEARS. The Republicans where bad enough but the Democrats under Nancy Pelosi’s leadership has left our country in such horrendous finacial shape every citizen’s future will be less well off then when this uber far-left liberal paraded into washington. The wastefull spending reached such a feeding frenzy it will take accounts decades to account for the lunacy. Nancy Pelosi is a poster child for everything evil in politics, she pushed through an unprecidented growth in the federal government which will choke each taxpayer to the breaking point for years to come. Pelosi and her fellow Democrats basically robbed every taxpayer while destroying any possibilty for us to have better lives then our parents. The reckless spending has decimated the spending power of every single American and left bills our childrens children will be responsible for. The Democrats since World War II have been the majority party for all but a few years and just keep adding to the already obscene growth in the federal government. As state and local governments cut budgets to the bone the politicians in washington just keeping dreaming up more repulsive ways for the federal bureacracy to control our lives. Most Americans taxpayers see little return for there hard earned dollars the politicans litteraly steal out of our wallets every day. As burdensome as local taxes are most of us can see better roads, safer streets or better schools. Taxpayers derive little bang for our buck returned by federal spending. Why should taxpayers in mid-western states be forced to bail out larger states like California or New York because there politicians spent there revenues on social welfare programs and bloated union workforces. The state houses in the worse shape are run by Pelosi’s fellows Democrats and or “RHINO” liberal Republicans. The politicians in these states spend taxpayers incomes more on base building and payback to campaign backers then on fiscally responsible projects. When our families spend money we don’t have there are severe repercussions rangeing from bankruptcy to severly diminshed lifestyles. When politicians like Nancy Pelosi do it there rewarded with luxerious lifestyles and future wealth that most of us can ever imagine. The sooner Americans wake up and send these elitist packing the better chance our families will be.
